- Members must be over the age of 25 and must be unattached eg single, separated, divorced or widowed.
- All information supplied to Silks will be treated in confidence and accepted as accurate and true and in good faith although no guarantee as to the validity can be given.
- We reserve the right in our absolute discretion to withdraw membership should a member's behaviour be unacceptable for whatever reason.
- Fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
- Members to advise the Silks office in writing if they wish their profile to be removed from circulation and their membership cancelled.
- Contacts and meetings between members are made at their own risk. Silks will not become involved in this process and accepts no responsibility or liability for the outcome of same, and for any information given one to the other on contact.
